2012 Pro Bono Photography Partnership

Chris Schneider Photography Pro Bono Partnership
Chris Schneider Photography is now accepting applications for the 2012 Pro Bono Photography Partnership. Please call or email for information and application materials. The deadline is February 15, 2012.
The Chris Schneider Pro Bono Photography program is a one-year, no-cost partnership between Chris Schneider Photography and one non-profit or charitable organization annually to create a visual strategy and provide comprehensive professional photography services.
Chris Schneider is an award-winning professional photographer who brings nearly 15 years of experience in photojournalism, editorial, public relations and advertising photography. For five years he was a staff photographer at the Rocky Mountain News where he covered the state for corner to corner. Committed to creating images that illuminate social issues and tell the stories of real people, Chris has photographed stories on AIDS, health care, homelessness, the environment, and poverty. Currently, he works with a select group of clients including the Associated Press, Wall Street Journal, Mercy Housing and Denver Rescue Mission.
“I have seen first-hand how images can inform the public, affect change and make a tangible difference in people’s lives. I now hope to use my skills for photography and storytelling in the service of charities and non-profits that work directly with the public to improve lives.”
From his experience working with a variety of non-profit clients, Chris Schneider Photography understands the need agencies have for compelling images to communicate their mission with their audience. With the Pro Bono program, Chris Schneider Photography will work with non-profits to craft an image plan to help meet their goals for increased awareness, raise their community profile, for fundraising and marketing.
The Pro Bono program is designed to be a comprehensive photography services partnership. The program includes an initial planning meeting, art direction planning, on-site photography, editing, digital production and image output/delivery.
How to apply: Each year one client will be selected for a full year of services. Non-profits and charitable organizations interested in applying can contact Chris Schneider Photography for more information.
